These terms govern your use of the Samvrik website (the "Site"), operated by RUSH Technology Ventures Private Limited ("RUSH"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These terms cover the website only. Use of the Samvrik platform and services is governed by a separate written agreement between RUSH and the customer.

1. Using the Site

You may use the Site to learn about Samvrik and to contact us. You agree not to:

  • break any law, or help anyone else do so,
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems or other users' data,
  • disrupt the Site, for example with malware, excessive automated requests or attacks,
  • copy or scrape the Site's content in bulk without our written permission,
  • misrepresent who you are or your connection with any person or company.

2. Our content

The Site, including its text, design, graphics, logos and code, belongs to RUSH or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. "Samvrik", "Quarry", "Smelter", "Assembler" and the Samvrik logo are trademarks of RUSH [To confirm: registration status]. You may view and share Site pages for your own, non-commercial reference. Any other use needs our written permission.

3. Information on the Site

The Site gives general information about Samvrik and about topics such as data protection. It is not legal, financial or professional advice. Examples, calculators and sample figures are for illustration only. Product features and availability may change, and nothing on the Site is an offer or a binding commitment.

4. What you send us

When you contact us, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential information through the Site unless we have agreed how it will be handled.
